Piano

One may think that my primary musical interest is playing guitar and singing songs, but in reality that is only one dimension of my musical passion.  Whether it’s a classical sonata or a honky-tonk ragtime extravaganza, one can find me playing just about anything: both other people’s creations and my own.  I have played piano in a number of public performances both in the United States and in Africa and look forward to developing my strengths day by day.  Over the years, I have been developing a string of original compositions on the acoustic piano that have come to be enjoyed by many people.  “Elements of Tenacity” was my first “official” music album solely dedicated to a number of my most beloved piano compositions.  I hope it to be only the beginning of a line of delightful and loveable piano masterpiece collections.  You can listen to my most popular original piano pieces here.

   

 

I have played keyboard for a number of African weddings, church events, and other activities.  I have been a part of a number of groups, including a school band at Kingdom Preparatory Academy in Lubbock, Texas and an African church band for one particular event (that being a Youth Recognition Day concert).  I have taught keyboard at a summer music camp in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso and have given private lessons off and on at times.  feel blessed to have been given so many variety-filled opportunities.
